Servicemaster Residential & Commercial Services in Fond du Lac first opened its doors in 1966. Our President John H. Olson worked for the previous owner in high school and college. He attended UW Oshkosh and majored in Human Resources and Marketing. We are a family-owned and operated business serving all of Fond du Lac, Washington, Dodge, and Waukesha Counties for all project based residential and commercial cleaning and janitorial services.

Mary Alaniz

OFFICE MANAGER

Mary Alaniz came to ServiceMaster on October 8. 2007, to take the role of Office Manager, after previously being employed as the Internal Bookkeeper for Clifton Gunderson. She has an associate degree as Administrative Assistant with a focus on Accounting. Mary has been with her husband, Frank, for 26 years, has 2 children and has 2 stepchildren.

Bella Olson

HR Coordinator

Bella started working at ServiceMaster in 2013, while in high school, as an Administrative Assistant. During her summers in college she would do janitorial work for us. Bella went to UW Oshkosh for Human Resources and Marketing with an emphasis in Sales. She handles HR duties, manages our online presence, and helps with overall organization of the office.
